A comprehensive mediation process for more complex matters including legally assisted mediation, shuttle mediation and Court referred mediation, allowing sufficient time to read material, explore issues, negotiate options, and work toward resolution.
Up to 4 hours mediation suitable for neighbourhood disputes and disputes between extended family members. The mediation fees are shared between parties, ensuring a cost-effective solution for all involved.
A specialised process involving individual intake with each parent, consultation with the child/ren (up to 1.5 hours per child) and feedback to parents (up to 1.5 hours) to support child-focused decision-making within mediation.
Facilitation of Child Consultant's feedback to parents if child consultation has been referred out
Assessment and suitability, team formation, briefing with professionals, preparation for first joint meeting with each client, agenda setting, facilitation of first joint session for up to three hours, debrief with professionals and parties, minutes of meeting prepared distributed.

All prices are per person, including child consultation costs. GST is payable on all fees, and additional fees may apply for conflict management services. Please note that there are no refunds on fees paid, including mediation fees. Further information is provided in our Costs Agreement.

Complexity of Matters
High-conflict and legally assisted mediations require significantly more skill, time, and management than standard matters.
Professional Expertise
Significant training and ongoing professional development and experience in managing sensitive family dynamics including domestic and family violence and trauma informed practice, working alongside legal practitioners, and incorporating child-focused processes.
Preparation and Responsibility
Considerable work occurs outside the mediation session itself, including preparation, ongoing risk assessment, safety planning, referrals, co-ordination with lawyers, co-ordination with child consultants and post-session follow-up.
Quality of Process
A well-structured process with high-quality resources increases the likelihood of meaningful negotiations, durable outcomes and often reduces the need for litigation.

Fees are payable prior to each stage of the process
Detailed invoices will be issued in advance from our chosen invoicing system
Payment is due by the due date to avoid cancellation and possible section 60I Certificates being issued (parenting only)
There are no refunds on payments made
There are no payment plan options or reduced fees for time not used
