About The Mediation Centre

At The Mediation Centre, our mission is to provide high-quality mediation services to parties while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethics. We strive to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional services without delay and with care and compassion. 

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing parties with the best possible service during difficult life events. 

The team is headed by Principal Mediator, Tara Weir, who is a leading mediator in Western Sydney with years of experience working with families in dispute. Tara holds a Bachelor's Degree is Social Science majoring in Behavioural Studies, is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department, an AMDRAS accredited Mediator, a Family Group Conference Facilitator, Child Consultant, Parenting Co-Ordinator and Youth Justice Conference Facilitator. 

Tara also owns and operates Family First Mediation and Dispute Resolution alongside The Mediation Centre.
