At The Mediation Centre, our mission is to provide high-quality professional mediation services for family dispute resolution while upholding the highest level of professionalism and ethics. Our Team
Our mediation team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing families with the best possible service during difficult life events, particularly in the realm of family dispute resolution.
The team is led by Principal Mediator, Tara Weir, a leading mediator in Western Sydney with years of experience working with families in dispute. Tara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, majoring in Behavioural Studies, and is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department. She is also recognized as an AMDRAS accredited Mediator, a Family Group Conference Facilitator, Child Consultant, Parenting Co-Ordinator, and Youth Justice Conference Facilitator.
In addition, Tara owns and operates Family First Mediation and Dispute Resolution alongside The Mediation Centre, further showcasing her commitment to professional mediation.
